AMPAC TEMPLE 180 WASHABLE

AMPAC TEMPLE 180 WASHABLE is used both in continuous or discontinuous ovens, for parts heated in salts or in controlled atmospheres. Recommended bath application temperatures range from 50 ° C to 90 ° C.

It can be used in the same conditions as normal quenching oils since it has the same characteristics.

• It exhibits adequate viscosity behavior before changes in operating temperatures, ensuring high heat transfer coefficients and consistent properties over a wide range of temperatures.
• It is not corrosive.
• It is not toxic
• It has low volatility which ensures that the formation of gases during operation is minimal.
• Due to its additivation it accelerates the cooling process almost 30% more than common Temper.

All containers must be stored under cover. In case of being stored outside the drums must be in
vertical position to avoid the possible entry of water as well as the deterioration of the container. Products must not be
stored at temperatures above 60º C, exposed to strong sun or low temperatures.
